 The 28th ISIAN will be held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania,USA, April 15-19,2009 in conjunction with the 13th International Rhinolgic Society(IRS), the spring Meeting of the American Rhinologic Society, and Basic Course of the American Academy of Otolaryngologic Allergy. The presidentof ISIAN is Prof. James Palmer.
